Tarot of the Handicraft Goth is a beautifully crafted traditional 78-card deck where ancient and contemporary symbolism meets tactile magic. The deck is created by Åsa Schagerström and is based on the classic Rider-Waite-Smith deck, to which she has added her own imagination and imagery, inspired by other tarot decks, myths and works of art. Whether you are an experienced reader or a beginner to tarot, the shapes, colors, depth and density of this deck are extremely inspiring and leave plenty of room for everyone's own interpretations.

The deck comes in a laminated box along with an information sheet about the contents.

Åsa Schagerström is a Swedish graphic novelist and textile artist who lives and works in the countryside in the forests of Sörmland. She sometimes goes by the alias Hemslöjdsgoten (The Handicraft Goth), which is where the name of the deck comes from. In creating Tarot of the Handicraft Goth, she has used old recycled textiles and the artistic techniques of appliqué embroidery and ornamental needlework, which require great skill and patience.
