TERMS OF PURCHASE

By ordering from our website (www.veochfasa.se), you accept that our terms of purchase apply between you and Ve & fasa AB with organization number 559197-1790. To shop with us, you must be 18 years of age, we do not accept credit purchases from people under 18 years of age. We also reserve the right to refuse or change your order in individual cases (for example, if you have provided incorrect personal information and / or have payment remarks).


PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices stated on our website are in Swedish kronor (SEK), Euro or USD, including taxes, but excluding shipping fees. We reserve the right to potential errors on items information and price and reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Special offers and discount codes are only valid once per consumer and purchase and only within the specified time period. Discounts can not be combined or transferred to another purchase, or credited and used in a new purchase in the event of a return. If you physically shop at our store in Stockholm, you only have the right to exchange, no refunds.


Order confirmation

An automatic order confirmation is sent to the email address you provided when ordering. If you don't find your order confirmation, it may end up in your spam inbox. If you don't find it there either, you can email us at [email protected] and we will send you a new one. We reserve the right to change an order if for any reason it's not possible to deliver an item / order to you, but we will of course contact you if that is the case.


Newsletter

When you have completed your order, you have approved our terms of purchase and at the same time agreed for us to store your name and email address. In connection with your order, you will also automatically become a subscriber to our newsletter, but you can unsubscribe at any time if you do not want to receive more updates or offers from us.


PAYMENT METHOD

Stripe

When you choose Stripe, you pay with your bank card directly at the checkout.


Klarna

When you pay with Klarna (only if you live in Sweden), you can choose between several different payment methods:

  • Invoice with 30 days payment period.
  • Partial payment via monthly invoice.
  • Direct payment via your bank card.
  • Direct payment via your bank account


iZettle

In our store at Brännkyrkagatan 30, you can choose whether you want to pay by credit card via Zettle, but we can also create an invoice for you via Klarna.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We always intend to send your order as quickly as possible, but since we are a small company, we are not at the store every day. It takes an estimated 3-5 working days for us to send your package, which is then distributed with DHL or Postnord to your nearest depot. Remember to double check your address so that your order ends up right. If you have chosen to pick up your order at our store, you are welcome to do so, we are open Thursdays - Fridays between 12-6 pm and Saturdays between 12-4 pm. Do not forget to bring your order confirmation!


Shipping cost within Sweden

We have a standard shipping cost of SEK 65. In the event of a return you have to pay the shipping cost yourself back to us. If you want to change a product or size, you are responsible for the return shipping to us, but the shipping for your new product is free. If you have chosen to pick up your order at our store, it is completely free.


Shipping cost outside of Sweden

We have different shipping prices outside Sweden depending on where the package wish to be sent. You can choose to pay for shipping with or without tracking. If you choose to have your package sent without tracking, we can't locate your package if it disappears, nor can we be held responsible for a lost package. If you want to be sure that your order reaches you safely, we recommend that you choose traceable shipping.


Pick up at our store

If you choose "pick up at our store", you can pick up your order from us at Brännkyrkagatan 30 (Stockholm), we are open on Thursdays - Fridays between 12-6 pm and Saturdays between 12-4 pm. Do not forget to bring your order number that you received in your order confirmation email. You have 14 days to pick up your order before your order is canceled. Make sure to keep an eye on our social media around holidays and red days when our opening hours can change.


Transport damage
If your package is damaged when you pick it up, you must report it directly at your delivery location. Also take pictures of the damage and email us at [email protected] so that we can assess whether you should send the package back to us.


Change or cancel an order

Should you wish to change or cancel your order, you must email us immediately at [email protected]. If we have not had time to send your order, we will be happy to help, but if we have already sent your order, you will unfortunately have to pay for the return shipping yourself.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES


RETURN OF PURCHASES IN THE WEBSHOP
If you are not satisfied with your products, you have the right to return your order within 14 days (applies to all countrys within the EU). The return period begins to run from the day you picked up your order from your agent / picked up at our warehouse, and if you want to return your order, the return must be with us before your 14 days have expired. You are responsible for the return shipping cost and are responsible for the return until it has reached us. Always save your shipping receipt until we have confirmed that the return has reached us.

Returned products must get back to us in the same condition as it was when you received it. The product must not be used or otherwise handled in a way that causes the product damage and not able to be resold. If so, the return will be denied and sent back to you. The product must be returned with associated labels and in cases where the product has its own packaging, the original packaging must be unbroken.

NOTE! There is no right of returns or exchange on swimwear due to hygiene reasons and socks are only changed if the packaging is unbroken. 

How to during returns
Contact us via email at [email protected] so that we can confirm your return and explain how to proceed. You are responsible for the return shipping and shall send your return to:

After we have received your return and approved the condition of the products, we will refund your purchase, excluding shipping. If you have chosen to pay with Klarna invoice, contact Klarna to pause your invoice during the return period, or pay your invoice before the payment period has expired. We are not responsible for unpaid invoices or reminder fees from Klarna.

NOTE! You must pick up your package to be able to make a return, it does not count as a return if you do not pick up your package and it is automatically returned to us. For unredeemed packages, SEK 300 is charged in administrative costs.


EXCHANGES (only apply for Swedish purchases) 
When you want to change to a new size or new product, you must email us at [email protected] to receive further information on how to return your item, and write what you wish for your exchange product. You are responsible for the return shipping cost to us while we are responsible for the shipping cost for your new product. Exchanges only apply to orders within Sweden, for orders outside Sweden only the right of returns applies.

How to during exchanges
Contact us via email at [email protected] to tell us what you want to return and what you want to buy instead, and we will help you further. Also contact Klarna to pause your invoice during the return period (only applies to you who have chosen to pay through invoice), or that you pay your invoice before the payment period has expired. We are not responsible for unpaid invoices or reminder fees from Klarna.

After we have received your exchange and approved the condition of the products, we will send your new products.



EXCHANGES & RETURNS WHEN YOU SHOP AT OUR STORE 
If you shopped at our store and are not satisfied with your item, you have a 14-day exchange right (no return). Always save your receipt and the product must be in the same condition as it was when you bought it. The product must not be used or otherwise handled in a way that causes the product not to be able to resell. If you do not find something in the store that you want on the day of the exchange, you will receive a gift card for the remaining amount.

RECLAMATION
If there is a factory defect in a product you bought, we fix this in three different ways: we repair it, you get a new defect-free product or you get your money back.

How to during a reclamation
Contact us via email at [email protected] with information about which product the fault applies to and explain what caused the complaint. The complaint must be made as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after you received the product if the product was faulty when you received it.

In other cases, we want the complaint as soon as possible from the time you discover the problem. If the complaint is valid, we will contact you regarding repair, replacement of the product or a possible refund. In the event of a refund, we will make the compensation no later than 30 days after we have received the complained product.
