CERAMICS

Here we have collected creations made by ceramists Sofia Gefyr and Sofie Halužan. Both work with stoneware and Sofia Gefyr gets her inspiration from archaeology and creates objects that are reminiscent of old finds with exciting stories. She also uses raku and uses techniques such as hand building, sculpting, casting and patination to create both small and large-scale works. Sofie Halužan creates her pieces with her hands and heart through various techniques. Her artistic inspiration comes from nature, mysticism and the occult and the design is warm, raw and organic.
