Remade porcelain figurines that we painted by hand. These creatures have been given their macabre look with inspiration from the Ómma couple. The couple owned the magnificent Filipsborg manor in northern Sweden and lived there during the early 1800s. With their many empty rooms in the manor, they were happy to offer lodgings for the night to passers-by. However, these individuals rarely left the manor with their lives intact. Sami tricked them into the woodshed where he chopped their heads off. Sirkka then made sausages and pelts on their guests bodies, which they fed on until the next guest came to visit.
